Thử nghiệm phối hợp Colistin và Amikacin trên các chủng Klebsiella pneumoniae kháng Carbapenem

Thử nghiệm đánh giá hiệu quả phối hợp colistin và amikacin in vitro bằng phương pháp checkerboard trên 57 chủng K. pneumoniae kháng carbapenem cho thấy có 11/57 (19%) quan sát tương tác hiệp đồng. Tỉ lệ đồng của các MIC 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 lần lượt là 2/7, 4/14, 1/5, 2/6, 1/17, 1/8. 0,125, 0,25, 0,5, 0/2, 0/11, 5/24, 3/5, 0/1, 1/4, 1/7, 1/3. Phối khả năng tốt. Các đều giảm về ngưỡng thể đạt được mục tiêu PK/PD. Tương xu hướng tăng khi tăng.
